Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medication advice to customers
• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Manage the inventory of medications, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies
• Answer customer questions regarding pharmaceutical products
• Prepare medication orders according to physician instructions
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions filled and dispensed as per physician instructions
• Follow up with customers regarding any medication issues or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related medical field required
• Previous experience as a pharmacist preferred but not required
• Knowledgeable in all types of medications, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, herbal remedies and nutritional supplements
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers of all ages
