Personal Trainer - Al Kuwait

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team in Al Kuwait. The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of helping clients achieve their individual fitness goals through personalized instruction and guidance. The salary for this position is 1100 KD per month. We are open to considering qualified immigrants as candidates for this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a health club or other fitness setting.
• Expertise in developing tailored exercise programs to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Good physical condition and able to demonstrate exercises to clients safely and correctly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, if required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop safe, effective, personalized exercise plans for each client based on their individual goals and abilities.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their training program and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide supervised instruction on proper form while performing exercises to ensure safety of clients at all times.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition plans that will help them reach their fitness goals faster while maintaining a healthy lifestyle overall.
• Work with other trainers within the facility when necessary to ensure client satisfaction with our services at all times.

Qualifications:

• A valid personal training certification from an accredited organization (e.g., ACE, NASM).
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and exercise technique is essential for this role.
• CPR/AED certification is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
• Must be able to pass background check prior to start date .
