Workato, Inc. in Kuwait is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to design personalized fitness programs for clients in Al-Kuwait. You will lead sessions, assess fitness levels, and tailor plans to individual goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, a recognized certification, strong knowledge of anatomy and nutrition, and excellent communication. The role includes ongoing support, progress tracking, and maintaining a safe training environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, nutrition, and exercise techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Must be an Indian national with valid visa.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial fitness assessments and develop personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and abilities.
• Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing instruction on proper form and technique.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plan.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their fitness journey.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment at all times.
