Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist in Al-Kuwait to assess and treat children with speech and language needs. The role involves developing individualized plans, collaborating with families and other professionals, and documenting progress in an EHR system.

The candidate should hold a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, have pediatric experience, and possess or be eligible for licensure to practice in Al-Kuwait. The position includes a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• At least two years of experience working as a Speech Therapist with pediatric patients preferred.
• Valid license to practice Speech Therapy in Al-Kuwait or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, communication, feeding/swallowing, voice/resonance disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the needs of each client
• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the care of children
• Provide ongoing assessment of progress towards goals
• Document patient progress in electronic health records (EHR) system
