Job summary

PPOAR in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our Al-Kuwait restaurant. You will prepare pastries, cakes, and desserts from given recipes and contribute to menu development.

The ideal candidate has a passion for desserts, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Knowledge of food safety regulations and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong pastry techniques and dessert creation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations required.
• Previous pastry chef experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all types of pastries, cakes, desserts, etc. according to the recipes provided.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner and according to the highest standards.
• Assist in creating new dishes in order to maintain customer interest and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
