Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as CDP and 2 years as DCDP.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are prepared according to predefined recipes.
• Manage and train all demi-chef de parties and commis.
• Assist sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes.
• Monitor portion and waste control.
• Ensure highest standards and consistent quality.
