Job Description
  • Oversee the daily preparation and presentation of all pastry items and dessert items while maintaining consistent quality and taste standards.
  • Create new recipes and seasonal menus, manage ingredient inventory.
  • Ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and service teams to ensure timely production and smooth operation during service and special events.
Qualifications
  • Male, Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 45 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Baking & Pastry, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pastry or within the F&B or hospitality industry; With proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Cold kitchen.
  • With strong leadership, time management, and hygiene standards, with the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
