PPOAR in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Baker for a part-time role with accommodation. You will prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month, flexible hours, and benefits including accommodation and visa sponsorship. Prior Kuwait or Middle East experience is preferred but not required, and English language skills are not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good time management to meet production deadlines.
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes.
• Roll, cut, and shape dough for baked goods.
• Bake items in ovens or other equipment.
• Decorate and glaze pastries and desserts.
• Monitor baking process and adjust temp or timing as needed.
• Ensure quality standards for all products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies.
