Join the pioneering team at ABC Center in Kuwait, the first ABA Center in the country with over a decade of experience in delivering expert Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our team is diverse, representing over 23 nationalities, and we proudly hold the second-highest number of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the MENA region.

At ABC, we provide training to excel as an ABA therapist. Our focus on professional development is evident, with 15% of our team benefiting from scholarships to pursue BCBA and BCaBA certifications. Notably, all of our directors began their careers as ABA instructors, underlining our commitment to nurturing talent.

Responsibilities
  • Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential.
  • Assist children in developing and improving social skills, communication, and academic skills.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on the child’s progress during sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss children’s progress.
  • Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings and in consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance and training.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required. The degree must be in Psychology, Special Needs, Speech and Language Pathology, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Education, or a closely related discipline. All candidates will receive ABA training upon acceptance.
  • Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing); English is a plus.
  • A full-time position with the flexibility to work according to ABC’s needs.
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a cohesive team.
  • Strong communication skills to support relationships with BCBAs, Directors, co-workers, and families.
  • Positive academic and employment references.
  • Patience with the desire to work with children or young adults.
