The role involves conducting detailed orientation with foremen and supervisors to assess specific job requirements, preparing, painting and maintaining all surfaces, supervising assigned staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and performing other tasks as required.

You will also be responsible for ordering and estimating costs of supplies, creating reports, and communicating with management regarding work progress, while adhering to all rules and regulations of the customer and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must demonstrate expertise in the proper use of painting materials and be committed to achieving the highest quality painting results.
