EPortal is actively recruiting for an experienced Senior Oracle Project Manager to lead and oversee Oracle-based projects for a prominent client in the Kuwaiti government sector. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving project success, ensuring on‑time delivery, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a deep understanding of Oracle applications and government processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle-based projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including government officials, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide expertise in Oracle solutions, ensuring that the projects meet the client’s needs and government regulations.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met, managing budgets and timelines.
• Conduct risk management and problem‑solving to address project challenges.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and executive summaries to key stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.

To apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Project Management, with at least 5 years working directly with government clients or in the public sector.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• PMP Certification or equivalent certification is a must.
• Strong understanding of Oracle applications and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects in a governmental setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in managing cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships.
