Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Financials Specialist II to join our team in Kuwait. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across Oracle Financials modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with business users. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and enhancement of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Financials modules, with expertise in at least two of the following: GL, AR, AP, CE, FA, PA.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle solutions.
  • Customize and develop Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF components to meet business needs.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts, packages, procedures, and functions.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and month-end/year-end financial closing processes.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure system compliance with internal controls and security policies.
  • Document system configurations, customizations, and user procedures.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
  • Requirement Open to all nationals
  • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, including support and development roles.
  • Strong functional knowledge in at least two modules: GL, AR, AP, CE, FA, or PA.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and OAF development.
  • Experience working in a senior-level support or implementation role within Oracle Financials.
