Job summary

A major government entity in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale CRM transformation. This on-site role in Riyadh requires 6–12 years of program management experience, with strong expertise in Oracle CRM initiatives and stakeholder management. The position demands excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Oracle methodologies, and preferably Arabic speaking capabilities. The expected duration is 6–18 months, starting February 1st.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Strong experience delivering Oracle CRM initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Oracle program methodologies.
• Comfortable working with multi-vendor and government teams.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oracle CRM program.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
