Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive eye care services to patients of all ages
  • Conduct comprehensive vision exams including refraction and binocular vision tests
  • Fit and adjust contact lenses as needed
  • Diagnose, manage, and treat ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, etc.
  • Educate patients on the proper use and maintenance of their vision correction products
  • Monitor patient progress over time through regular follow-up visits
  • Maintain accurate medical records for each patient
  • Participate in continuing education courses to stay up to date on the latest advancements in eye care technology and treatments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field
  • 1 year of experience as an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist
  • Licensed by the appropriate state board or regulatory body
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of current clinical techniques related to vision care
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
