The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of relevant safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff and monitoring performance.
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with company policies.
• Scheduling work shifts, assigning tasks, and providing instruction/guidance to employees.
• Setting goals, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback.
• Identifying areas for improvement in the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints or requests in a timely manner.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of stock levels, sales, orders, invoices, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
