The successful candidate will be tasked with upholding quality, driving revenue, and guiding a team towards achieving organisational objectives. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing daily operational activities with precision and efficiency.

Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.

Upholding exceptional customer service standards and ensuring quality control.

Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
