A leading Fintech company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Officer to implement the Operational Risk Management framework. Responsibilities include preparing risk reports, conducting risk scenarios, maintaining risk policies, and coordinating with internal audit. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in operational risk and a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required. Qualifications

• 2–5 years in operational risk, internal control, or audit within fintech, payments, bank, or PSP; prior exposure to group risk/governance a plus.
• Strong English; Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly risk packs for management and submit reporting to Zain Group Risk.
• Conduct operational risk scenarios and propose mitigations.
• Maintain risk policies and align with standards.
• Define KRIs for high-risk processes and automate dashboards.
• Operate the incident register and perform root-cause analysis.
• Deliver quarterly group risk submissions and coordinate thematic reviews.
