Job summary

Alrifai Arabia is seeking an experienced graphic designer for an on-site, full-time role in Kuwait City. The position focuses on creating POS materials, digital content, and print-ready artwork that aligns with brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with marketing to meet deadlines, ensure consistency across channels, and adapt designs for multiple formats across online and offline media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in retail/FMCG or agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital work.
• Proficient in brand identity development and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Bilingual Arabic/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for POS materials (banners, shelf talkers, wobblers, signage, packaging sleeves, display boxes).
• Design social media content (static, animated, reels thumbnails, stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork with color specs, dielines, bleed, resolution, and file formats.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Adapt existing creatives into multiple formats for offline and digital use.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and agencies for print quality and execution.
• Maintain consistency of the brand’s visual identity across channels.
