Job summary

GstoreQ8 in Kuwait is seeking a full-time on-site Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, record transactions, prepare journal entries, and reconcile bank and ledger accounts.

You will assist with budgeting and forecasting, monthly and year-end closings, ensure compliance with local regulations, monitor payables and receivables, support audits, and help improve financial processes. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Kuwaiti tax rules are important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA certification is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or distribution is beneficial.
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
