Office Manager Vacancy – Al-Kuwait - 1100

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. We are open to considering immigrant candidates with minimal work experience but a strong desire to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and other events as needed
  • Manage records and databases
  • Process invoices, orders, payments and other transactions
  • Handle mail/correspondence
  • Answer phone/email inquiries from internal/external customers
  • Prepare reports on office activity when required
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Order supplies/equipment when required
  • Identify areas for improvement in order to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or relevant work experience in a similar role
