Office Assistant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As an Indian national with fluency in English, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
  • Keep the office clean and organized at all times
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Requirements
  • Indian nationality preferred
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven work experience as an office assistant or similar role
