Responsibilities

• The successful nurse will be responsible for providing safe and effective patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• They will assess patient needs; provide treatments such as medications, wound care, or IV therapy; monitor vital signs; document findings; consult with doctors; implement health promotion programs; assess patient progress; assist in rehabilitation; evaluate outcomes; manage medical records; maintain equipment; provide emotional support to patients and families; educate patients about treatments/medications/diseases/self-care management; respond to emergencies; provide referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed.
