Job summary

Al Khaled Factory is seeking a hands-on Off-Grid Power Systems & Electronics Engineer for a specialized project based in Doha, Qatar. You will design and build custom caravan power architectures, including lithium battery banks, inverters, DC-DC/AC-DC converters, and microcontroller-based monitoring solutions.

Join a growing Kuwait-headquartered team and deploy on-site in Doha, working with circuit boards, wiring, and BMS configuration while reporting to our Kuwait head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics, battery integration, or embedded hardware.
• Experience building/integrating power converters (inverters, DC-DC, AC-DC).
• Hands-on with lithium battery packs and BMS configuration.
• Circuit board wiring and electronics troubleshooting skills.
• Experience programming microcontrollers (ESP32) and building sensor dashboards.
• Willingness to deploy for hands-on work in Doha, Qatar, coordinated with Kuwait head office.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution (Doha, Qatar): design, build, and deploy custom caravan power and monitoring systems.
• Power Electronics Assembly: assemble inverters, DC-to-DC and AC-to-DC converters, and solar setups.
• Lithium Battery & BMS Build: configure battery packs and BMS for safe storage.
• Custom Monitoring System Development: program a touch monitor to display live sensor data and electrical metrics.
• Circuit & Board Work: work with circuit boards, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Company Collaboration: report to and coordinate with Kuwait head office.
