Job summary

V2X is seeking a SharePoint Administrator/Developer to provide enterprise-level SharePoint administration, development, and support for military and civilian users. The role covers SP 2019, SharePoint Online, and deep Power Platform integration.

Responsibilities include configuring enterprise search, planning service packs, and creating automation workflows. A Secret Clearance and DoD 8570.01 compliance are required; strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret Clearance and at least one baseline certification and one CE certification per DoD 8570.01.
• Five+ years of Windows Server administration and AD management in enterprise settings.
• Expert proficiency with SPFx, React, TypeScript, and modern SharePoint Framework development.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online at enterprise level.
• Manage and tuning of Enterprise Search and indexing.
• Plan, install, maintain service packs, hotfixes, updates in multi-server SP environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support as SharePoint SME.
• Develop and manage workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Ensure Zero Trust and STIG compliance and security policies.

Strong Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online at an enterprise level
• Manage SharePoint Enterprise Search including index configurations and scheduling
• Plan install and maintain service packs hotfixes updates and patches in a multi-server SharePoint environment during off-peak hours
• Utilize tools such as Event Viewer ULS logs Power BI and Microsoft Graph API for troubleshooting and performance monitoring
• Implement Microsoft 365 integration including Teams OneDrive and Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI
• Develop and maintain high-level technical and engineering documentation
• Act as the SharePoint subject matter expert providing training and end-user support
• Demonstrate expertise in modern web development technologies including SPFx SharePoint Framework React TypeScript PnP Patterns and Practices and the Client-Side Object Model CSOM
• Customize SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 sites using modern design templates JSON formatting and adaptive cards
• Develop automate and manage workflows using Power Automate Flow and Microsoft Forms
• Ensure compliance with Zero Trust Security models Microsoft Security amp Compliance Center policies and Information Assurance IA standards
• Apply Security Technical Implementation Guidelines STIGs for governance and security
• Troubleshoot site-related issues manage user permissions and assist with site creation and configuration
• Automate SharePoint administration tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
• Assist database administrators with configuring and monitoring SQL Server databases supporting SharePoint
• Performs other duties and assignments as required

One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for one year of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree in a Software Engineering or Business Information Systems discipline for three years general experience.

Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering or related field.

Experience working with Infrastructure, Web Servers (IIS), SharePoint Administration, and Microsoft 365 integration, as well as knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) for workflow automation and business process optimization.
