Job summary

Alphaconnect in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification from a recognized welding program preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the appropriate welding methods.
• Set up welding equipment and select the correct materials and tools for each job.
• Operate various welding machines such as MIG, TIG and Arc welders.
• Clean, prepare and inspect metal surfaces before welding to ensure proper adhesion.
• Perform welding techniques including but not limited to fusion, brazing and soldering.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times and ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
