Job summary

Work standard is seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will manage product displays in retail stores, ensure visuals are appealing, and support promotional activities to drive sales.

You will collaborate with sales teams, store managers and suppliers, monitor inventory, conduct market research, and train staff on display techniques. We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching product displays in stores to attract customers and increase sales.
• Work closely with sales teams and store managers to understand product offerings and develop merchandising strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Make recommendations for product placement, pricing, and promotions based on market data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns for new products or seasonal items.
• Train store staff on proper product placement techniques and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Ensure that all products have accurate pricing labels and are properly stocked at all times.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor displays, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
