ConFlip is seeking an organized Merchandiser Assistant to join the team in Al-Kuwait. You will support the Merchandiser with merchandise selection, pricing, and strategic placement in stores to maximize sales and customer appeal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer preferences is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Preferably Pakistani nationality with relevant work experience.

We are in need of a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Merchandiser in all aspects of product merchandising, including product selection, pricing, and placement. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
