The Medical Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all non-clinical aspects of the center's operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning. This role involves managing daily workflows, supporting medical staff, driving operational excellence, and ensuring full compliance with local healthcare regulations, including licensing, permits, and Kuwait Labor Law requirements. The Medical Operations Manager will work closely with the Medical Director and department heads to implement strategic goals, improve patient experience, and ensure the operational readiness of the center at all times.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical center, hospital or clinics management in Kuwait.
Strong understanding of Kuwait Labor Law, MOH licensing procedures, and government healthcare regulations.
Operational leadership in a clinical setting
Knowledge of healthcare licensing and compliance in Kuwait
Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Financial acumen and budget management
Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in medical and administrative software systems
This role may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings or weekends, based on center needs or regulatory requirements.
