Job summary

Woopel in Al-Kuwait is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support to our medical team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, record vitals, assist doctors, and enter data into our EHR.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (MA certification preferred), strong communication, calm under pressure, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive 1800 KD/month salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification from a medical assisting program is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Take patient vitals (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.).
• Assist doctors with medical procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient records and enter data into the EHR system.
