Job summary

WealthGuard USA in Hawalli seeks a talented Nepali Chef to join our kitchen. You will prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes, using recipes or personal creativity, and ensure quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.

You will monitor supplies, train staff, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with management to develop new menu items while upholding health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nepali national or have extensive experience with Nepali cuisine.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Nepali cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, and flavors.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes according to recipes or personal creativity.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques.
