Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma, technical certificate, or vocational training in Electrical Technology is an advantage.
• D-Experience as Electrician or Electrical Technician is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with electrical tools and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, sockets, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify causes of malfunctions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Test electrical circuits and components for proper operation.
• Install and maintain lighting systems, circuit breakers, distribution boards, and panels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Follow safety procedures when handling tools and materials.
• Identify hazards and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and records of maintenance work.
• Coordinate with other technicians and maintenance personnel.
