As a Marketing Manager, you play a pivotal role in achieving the company's marketing and events objectives. Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales & Marekting, your responsibilities include overseeing the daily sales efforts and maintaining operational standards, ensuring smooth coordination of events. Beyond events, you contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that align with regional goals. Your focus extends to maintaining a high standard of communication flow within the regional office, ensuring the success of all events organized by the department.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marekting to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aligned with regional objectives.
  • Oversee daily sales efforts, ensuring effective marketing campaigns and activities to meet regional targets.
  • Coordinate and execute successful events, from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enhance event planning and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication flow within the regional office, providing updates and coordinating activities effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing and events strategies into broader company initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Sales & Marekting, showcasing the performance and impact of marketing and events efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and events initiatives.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
