Position: Manager

Location: Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

Salary: 1100

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with the ability to motivate a team. You will be responsible for making sure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, ensure targets are met, manage resources effectively, oversee finances, and uphold a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within hospitality or retail. We welcome applications from immigrants who can demonstrate the necessary skills and experience to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Developing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the business, including staff management, customer service, sales and finance
  • Overseeing recruitment by interviewing potential candidates
  • Ensuring quality standards are met across all services provided by the company
  • Analysing financial data and producing regular reports for senior management
