Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

Location: Kuwait (Door Manufacturing Factory)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join the team at a leading door manufacturing factory in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of all production machinery and equipment in the factory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preventive and routine maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs and schedules to minimize unexpected breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting and repair: Respond quickly to mechanical failures, accurately diagnose issues, and perform effective repairs to ensure continuity of production lines.
• Performance improvement: Propose and implement modifications and improvements to machinery and equipment to increase efficiency, performance, and reduce costs.
• Spare parts management: Assist in identifying and managing the inventory of essential spare parts for maintenance operations.
• Workplace safety: Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and procedures during maintenance work.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance of industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing environment such as wood or door factories.
• Language: Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is essential. Basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Technical Skills
