Machine operator in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are looking for a motivated and diligent Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will offer the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with the latest technology.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work effectively to tight deadlines and have a keen interest in machinery and manufacturing processes. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate commitment, flexibility and a positive attitude towards their work.

The primary duties of the Machine Operator include:

• Operating machinery in accordance with safety regulations, manufacturer's instructions and quality standards;
• Setting up machinery for production runs;
• Monitoring equipment performance;
• Troubleshooting machinery issues;
• Making minor adjustments as needed;
• Performing regular maintenance on machines;
• Documenting production information accurately;
• Ensuring that all waste is disposed of correctly;
• Following all safety protocols.

To be successful in this role you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong numerical ability and good communication skills. Experience in machine operation or related field is not essential but would be beneficial. You must also possess basic computer literacy and be able to read technical diagrams with ease. Additionally, you must be willing to work shifts and weekends as required. We are open to considering applicants from foreign countries with no experience.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1300KD per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance, paid leave etc.
