Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub in Kuwait City invites applications for a Machine Operator to join our production team. The role covers setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in manufacturing, ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. You will monitor equipment, perform basic maintenance, uphold quality standards, and keep accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Familiarity with different types of machinery and tools.
• Basic understanding of mechanical processes and principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to lift heavy objects if needed.
• Fluency in English preferred but not required.
• Indian nationality preferred but all nationalities welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production specifications.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machines for any malfunctions or errors.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Ensure quality control standards are met.
• Keep track of production records and report issues to supervisors.
