Job summary

Ingenious Management Consultancy & Logistics Compa seeks a Machine Mechanic in Kuwait to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on filling, bottling, packaging and production line machinery. The ideal candidate brings hands-on FMCG plant experience and can work independently to keep lines running safely.

You will handle machine overhauls, alignments, and hydraulic/pneumatic system maintenance, aiming to minimize downtime while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FMCG/production plants experience.
• Must be able to independently handle maintenance and breakdown of machinery.
• Experience with filling, bottling and packaging equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical faults
• Regular inspection and servicing of machines
• Machine overhauling, alignment and replacement of mechanical parts
• Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Minimize machine breakdown and production downtime
• Follow safety and maintenance procedures

Required Experience

Candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG/production plants and be able to independently handle maintenance and breakdown of:

• Filling Machines
• Bottling Machines
• Packaging Machines
• Production Line Machinery
• Conveyor Systems
• Mechanical equipment
