Job summary

Four Seasons in Kuwait City seeks an Electrician to join our engineering team. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas, troubleshoot electrical systems, and support major shutdowns to ensure seamless operations in a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, attention to detail, and strong teamwork with English communication. Attractive accommodation and benefits accompany a full-time position in the resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Electrician in a luxury environment.
• Diploma or degree in relevant field is a plus.
• Good command of the English language.
• Works well in a team environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all guest complaints regarding maintenance in a timely manner.
• Clean all stations in Engineering and maintain an organized department.
• Able to use electrical and hand tools and read electrical drawings/blueprints.
• Troubleshoot hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
• Assist in installing or relocating equipment as needed.
• Maintain logs for all work performed while on duty in Engineering.
• Assist shift engineers on major shutdowns for repairs.
• Respond to work orders or room inspection reports from Department Heads.
• Report damages in Resort areas within one hour of discovery.
