Job summary

Workato in Al Kuwait is seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Al Kuwait. You will organize and execute all logistics activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods while supporting customer service.

The role requires coordinating with shippers, carriers, and suppliers, managing inventory, tracking shipments, resolving transit issues, and generating reports to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar role.
• Knowledge of export/import regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with web-based tracking tools or systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations including shipping/receiving, order processing, inventory management, etc.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely arrival of goods at the destination
• Track shipments using web-based tools or other systems
• Coordinate with shippers/carriers/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders or shipments in a timely manner
• Resolve any issues that arise during transit or shipment of goods
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to shipping/logistics operations
• Generate reports on logistics activities as needed
