Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and other supply chain stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods according to customer requirements
• Monitor stock levels and order replenishments as needed
• Track status on shipments in transit
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including documentation preparation, customs clearance, transportation mode selection etc.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as logistics coordinator or similar position
• Experience with supply chain management software (ERP/WMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Knowledge of customs regulations (import/export) is an advantage
