Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Planner in Kuwait to join a leading international EPC contractor on a major oil and gas project. The role focuses on preparing baseline and revised schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or construction and proven experience as a planning engineer on EPC oil and gas projects in the Middle East, with strong coordination across project teams

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience as planning engineer on EPC oil & gas construction projects in the Middle East.
• Strong coordination with project teams for scheduling, progress, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Contract Baseline Schedule and Revised Schedules with the Project Team for all EPC phases.
• Assists in early project reporting and registers to implement planning procedures.
• Controls Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, and Reporting.
• Reviews schedule updates and coordinates with project teams to maintain progress records.
• Highlights deviations or delays to Project Management for corrective action.
• Participates in claims and extension of time preparation using delay analysis.
