Job summary

V2X is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across global sites, including Go/No-Go testing readiness and field support for antenna and tower systems.

You will supervise Maintenance Support Teams, coordinate scheduling, ensure GFP accountability, and liaise with military counterparts to enable mission-critical communications. Strong OSHA compliance and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR training & certification provided by contract.
• Tower Safety & Rescue training or equivalent.
• OSHA 1910 Fall Protection requirements.
• OSHA 1926 Fall Protection requirements.
• ANSI/ASSE Z359.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and mentoring to personnel in the section.
• Processes Purchase Requests to support daily maintenance operations.
• Reviews receipt, control and processing of work orders; manages resources and schedules.
• Advises PM of status of work orders and maintenance scheduling.
• Maintains situational awareness of logistics and maintenance across sites.
• Manages TMDE repair and calibration program.
• Supervises Antenna Maintenance Support Team (AMST) on-site and off-site maintenance.
• Performs organizational level repair maintenance and cost estimation.
• Coordinates with sites and operations to ensure maximum system availability.
• Conducts and prepares for meetings and briefings as required.
