• Monitor changes in relevant legislation
• Represent the company in court proceedings or negotiations with other entities
• Advise on corporate governance matters such as internal policies and compliance with laws
• Draft professional opinions and legal memoranda

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer preferably in a law firm or related corporation
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel) including knowledge of PowerPoint presentation software
