Overview

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month and is open to immigrants.

Responsibilities

• Collect data on the ground through measurements and observations.
• Conduct field measurements using equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, laser scanners, and other surveying tools.
• Draft survey plans in CAD software for various projects.
• Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by following safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Work with construction teams on site layout plans and establish survey control points for construction projects.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of all survey results by performing necessary calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a relevant field from an accredited institution; advanced degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar role; prior experience with international projects is an advantage.
• Proven knowledge of surveying techniques and technologies including GPS positioning systems and total stations.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CAD software; experience with GIS software is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong communication skills are essential.
