This is a contract position offering a salary of $1200 per month, and candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field along with at least 2 years of experience. We welcome applications from Pakistani or Kenyan nationals fluent in English.

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Hawalli. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and gathering data to determine property boundaries, establish land maps, and prepare construction sites. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities

• Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, electronic distance-measuring tools, 3D scanners, and drones to collect accurate measurements of land features.
• Analyze data and create detailed maps, charts, and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Research land records, surveying records, and other legal documents to verify property lines and determine ownership.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveying data for construction projects.
• Provide guidance to field crew members and oversee their work on site.
• Maintain proper documentation of surveying activities and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in land surveying.
