About The Role

To drive technology initiatives and support strategic objectives by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, risk management, reporting, and compliance, while leveraging project management tools to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.

The role requires leading IT projects from planning through delivery, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master; Google Cloud project management or Professional Cloud Architect certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong technical documentation skills and fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Must be a Kuwaiti National.
