Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications

• Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and software bugs
• Assist in the setup of user accounts, permissions, and security access
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place
