Job Overview

Inventory Planning Officer Required In Shuwaikh. Looking for an Inventory Planning Officer for a reputable automotive company in Kuwait. Responsibilities
  • Implement inventory control techniques to minimize stock holding while maximizing stock system and paperwork correctness.
  • Create monthly reports for the principal and internal reports.
  • Ensure that all stocked products are properly maintained.
  • Reduce overstocks and take appropriate action to prevent the accumulation of obsolete items.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and ensure that it meets industry standards.
  • Forecast supply and demand to avoid overstocking and running out of stock (OOS).
  • Enter purchase details (vendor information, invoices, and pricing) into internal databases.
  • Monitor inventory management procedures and take steps to reduce the accumulation of non-moving goods.
  • Analyze the daily inventory movement and create purchase orders accordingly.
  • Improve inventory management arrangements, track the flow of parts stock, and generate reports.
Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills and communication abilities are advantageous. Experience within the last 2-3 years in inventory planning is preferred.
