Job summary

PixelWave Studios is seeking a Foreign Construction Manager in Al-Kuwait to oversee project planning, design, and construction, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality standards.

The role requires a civil engineering background, strong leadership, and English proficiency, with Arabic advantageous and Gulf-country experience preferred. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end.
• Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor budget and expenses to ensure projects stay within allocated funds.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
• Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
