To manage and coordinate insurance brokerage operations between clients and insurance companies, ensuring the best possible insurance coverage and terms in compliance with the regulations of the Insurance Regulatory Unit – Kuwait.
Insurance Company Relations
- Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best rates and terms.
- Follow up on policy issuance, renewals, and amendments.
- Handle and monitor insurance claims until final settlement.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with insurance representatives.
Client Service
- Provide insurance consultations and assess client needs.
- Prepare and compare insurance quotations and recommend the best options.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle (issuance, renewal, and claims).
Internal Management
- Supervise and guide brokerage staff and coordinate daily operations.
- Prepare monthly and annual performance and sales reports.
- Follow up on premium collections and commission settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Compliance and Regulations
- Adhere to all laws and regulations set by the Insurance Regulatory Unit in Kuwait.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records.
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and approvals.
- Implement anti‑money laundering (AML) and governance policies.
Marketing and Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop marketing strategies to expand the client base.
- Promote company services through various channels.
- Build partnerships and maintain corporate relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or Finance.
- 10–15 years of experience in insurance or brokerage field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
